Generous development by Ivan Grundahl Holding ApS aims to construct a classic and simple residential building as a natural part of Usserød Kongevej. The building will be divided into three sections but will appear as a unified property. There will be entrance staircases from the small green urban space facing Usserød Kongevej, and the staircases will be continuous, providing access to the garden space located to the west/southwest. Parking will be straightforward, taking place at ground level on a “green” parking lot, which will additionally be recessed in relation to the neighboring development.

Hørsholm Municipality has approved proceeding with the local development plan, and we are currently conducting all the technical studies so that municipal staff can begin drafting the actual plan.
